Seminal London radio station Rinse.FM likes to celebrate the holidays in style. The kind of style where you get every Rinse DJ under one roof for a three-room all-night club bender at the legendary Fabric night club. Thankfully for those not lucky enough to live in the UK, we get some live sets to make up for it. Every single performance that went down in Room 1 that night was recorded and is now available for download. I’ve only listened to the sets from Youngsta, Elijah and Skilliam, and Oneman, but since it’s only Rinse djs, I’m sure every set is pure quality. It’s a lot of music to choose from, but it stands as a nice representative cross section of where UK bass music stands today including dubstep, grime, funky, and whatever else you call it these days.
