I’ve been seeing Los Angeles newcomer Rhye’s name all over the damn place lately. But it took a remix of their latest single, “The Fall”, by Potholes favorite Two Inch Punch for me to really catch on to what they’re doing. Fans of layered, expertly produced indie rock are surely already in love with Rhye and “The Fall”, which here gets a romantic, warm, and bubbly remix from TIP. It’s got a significant bounce to it, too, and, really, sounds like something you’d find in his ever-growing and distinctive catalogue.
You can stream the remix and watch the pretty great video for the original tune below.
Update: Holy shit, so apparently Rhye is Mike Milosh and Robin Hannibal, the latter of whom is part of the Boom Clap Bachelors, Quadron, and other acts. Damn!

oh man! hahah I’ll fix it.
(Rhye are two guys though, Mike Milosh and Robin Hannibal!)
