Raleigh Moncrief, Anticon‘s latest signee, just saw the prettiest girl that he has ever seen, and he wants you to know about it. While this single serves as an introduction for me to the music of Moncrief, I hope that it turns into a last relationship. I mean, not to sound creepy, but this song kicks so much ass. The vocals hit so softly, and the Animal Collective-esque whizzing synths and loops make this song so perfect for the closing weeks of summer. Raleigh Moncrief’s Watered Lawn will be available Oct. 25 via Anticon.
