Rakim Working On New Music With Pharrell

Speaking of Pharrell, it appears that Skateboard P is working on some new music with one of hip-hop’s forefathers. I’m talking about Rakim, of course, who is reportedly recording a follow-up to 2009′s The Seventh Seal. According to The Detroit Free Press, the God MC has plans to release a new single before the end of the year. Will it feature Pharrell behind the boards? Or are we going to have to wait a while for that? We’ll see. [via]
