While we don’t have a release date just yet for Raekwon‘s next album, that’s not stopping the Wu-Tang Clan rapper from dropping new material. Like “T.U.R.K.E.Y.”, a strings-heavy joint featuring Mic Geronimo and the Kid Daytona that should land on the Chef’s upcoming LP, Fly International Luxurious Art (FILA). I put an emphasis on the “should” in that previous sentence because it sounds exactly like a cut you’d expect to hear on a Rae record. It’s smooth and murderous all at once and it features the Chef proclaiming that he’s about to go “turkey.” Is that like going ham but, like, in a more lethargic sense because of the tryptophan?
