Frequent and longtime Potholes readers will no doubt recognize the work of Pyramid Vritra aka Hal Williams of the Jet Age of Tomorrow. As a member of both NRK and Odd Future, he’s showcased his talents as a rapper, songwriter, and producer in a variety of ways. Back in January, he dropped one hell of a single with fellow NRK member Tyler Major, “1322/Rainbow“, but that was just a warm-up for what Williams has coming in the remainder of 2013.
According to a recent tweet, the multi-talented artist revealed that he’s signed some kind of deal with Stones Throw to release his next project as Pyramid Vritra. What it is exactly and when it will drop we’re not sure, but this is great news (in my opinion) for both Williams and the indie powerhouse. We will most definitely keep you updated on any further developments, as we’re excited to hear what comes of this.
