Eighties nostalgia has reached critical mass over the past year or two, with new wave-y synths popping up in damned near every genre of music and formerly ironic ’80s throwback fashion statements going mainstream, so it only makes sense that we’re seeing the first vestiges of full-on ’90s nostalgia. Video remixer Pogo, best known for his Disney re-works, is sitting pretty on the leading edge of that ’90s nostalgia with this Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air remix. Pogo manipulates Will, Geoffrey, Uncle Phil, Carlton and the whole gang into a decidedly goofy- and more than a little strange- tune that’ll get your toes tapping and bring back cherished TV memories even if you don’t necessarily want to admit you like it. I don’t care how cool you think you are, the Carlton dance affects us all.
