Piano Overlord (Prefuse 73) – “Aninha”

Prefuse 73 is an experimental wizard. Just when you think you understand his approach, he switches gears completely and puts out something like “Aninha” under the moniker Piano Overlord. The single lands on Aninha Mission, a collection of tracks recorded back in 2004 that never saw the light of day. Like beautifully aged wine (or Barleywine beer), the music turns out even better than it probably sounded coming out of Prefuse’s studio way back when. Aninha Mission is out now via Chocolate Industries.
