While most bands tend to move on to another project over the course of a year, Phantogram decides to present some visuals for “When I’m Small” off their highly acclaimed debut on Barsuk Records, Eyelid Moves. The video, which was directed by Isaac Ravishankara, doesn’t bring a whole lot to the table, although the minimalist effects are entertaining. With that said, the focus is still on the song, “When I’m Small”, which happens to be my favorite jam from the debut LP. I am hoping this video is a sign that Phantogram is back at work, and not slowing production and leaning on an old record to continue the hype.
Hit the skip for the visuals for “When I’m Small”.

The first half isn’t that great, but I liked when everything went to black/got kinda crazy.
Yeah, not the most innovative video, but I have no idea how that black reflective pool got in the studio with them, and more importantly Phantogram rocks the spot.
