In person, Brooklyn noise-rock band Parts & Labor shred. Their blend of anthemic noise rock produces sizable walls of sound that seem to crush and overwhelm the crowd around them. Their latest video, though, involves them not smashing guitars or eardrums but building something and re-defining the term “house band.”
