P.R. is Sydney, Australia resident Pedram Rouzbehani, who apparently has an affinity for crafting heavy beats inspired by the late Nujabes. That’s what I’ve gathered from his new single, “We Will Make It”, a jazz-sampling cut that will land on the upcoming Moment In Time EP. P.R. gets some vocal assistance from two of underground hip-hop’s sharpest MCs, Cise Starr (of CYNE) and Blu. And they’re clearly one hell of a duo based on this cut, with Blu gathering his thoughts aboard a plane and Cise reflecting on exactly why he’s got to make it in the rap game.
