If you caught Marcus Moore’s great write-up on Oddisee’s Odd Seasons, then y’all already know our feelings on the record. If not, let me sum it up for you. Odd Seasons compiles the four seasonal EPs that the producer-rapper dropped in 2009 and ’10. It’s also completely mastered and, honestly, just another reason to go through 32 tracks from a dude who only seems to get better with every project he releases. I get the feeling director Mark Phillips shares that belief as he put his foot into this video for “Ci’iy Life”. The track itself is gorgeous enough, but Phillips’ vision really brings it all together.
