Months after the quiet, 2013 release of his Dreamcatchers project, Canadian native and respectable rhymer Nue nudges us in the right direction with his visuals for “Outrageous”. Basking in a coronal red, the cynical crafter of skeptical chatter hones in on the societal shortcomings and systemic obstacles that render many of us obsolete – pretty outrageous stuff.
“You mean to tell me that nobody know where I go when a n***a die?
That’s outrageous”
The visuals sidestep any and all issues that often plague those of a similar, spurting nature; director Patrice Nuelie’sĀ epileptic effects do not rest on their laurels but instead aid in the execution of a video that succeeds off of the strength of its shadowing and faux-animated aesthetics.
