Even though DāM-FunK rocks a show like no other, I haven’t exactly been the biggest fan of his recorded work. Not so much that it isn’t great, but it’s simply a hard brand of music for me to get into. With that said, DāM-FunK works his magic on Nite Jewel‘s “It Goes Through Your Head”, a far more accessible track compares to some of his earlier studio releases. The mixture of Nite Jewel’s vocals and DāM-FunK’s infectious funk production is something I would love to hear more of, maybe an official collaboration down the road? This song comes off of Nite Jewel’s 12″ of It Goes Through Your Head, which is available now on Mexican Summer. [via]
