On the relative low, R&B has become one of the stronger genres of the past few years. And one of the bigger reasons for that is multi-talented Bay Area native ndeluv. The deft singer/producer dropped his latest stellar project last week in #8911, a smooth, sometimes trippy blend of funk, soul, and R&B.
