Harlem rapper Nakim just dropped his own hustlers anthem, “Mixtape”, that features some of your typical tough-guy raps delivered with a refreshing twist. For one, dude’s obviously got a good ear for beats if he picked out the riot-inducing 183rd production heard here. The synths nearly engulf both Nakim and guest verse hero Danny Brown while minimalist and metallic percussion slaps underneath. This one’s off Nakim’s upcoming mixtape, REPPIN, that’s due out this summer.
