It was just yesterday that I was listening to Nacho Picasso and thinking to myself, “Why the hell aren’t more people up on his music?” I almost decided to write a lengthy piece about why more people need to listen to him, which I still might do. But before that happens, it’s great to hear that we’ll be enjoying a new project from Nacho and fellow Seattle rapper Avatar Darko soon. It’s called Vampsterdam and sounds ill so far based on lead single “Black Velvet”, a stark, thumping tune produced by Raised Byy Wolves.
