It has been a while since we heard from Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire, probably due to his recent major label singing. To break the silence, Closed Sessions 2 presents “Lost In Transition”. Featuring a guitar chord progression that sounds similar to what my beginner-ass can play, producer Mike Jaxx strings together a rather western sounding beat for eXquire to lather up properly. Spitting some rhymes about how labels are all over him, it is pretty clear that this track was recored prior to his deal. Closed Sessions 2 is due out Aug. 30. [via]
