The reverbed, washed-out re-working of “The Suburbs” by Mr. Little Jeans was one of my favorite things to listen to this summer. It did a wondrous job of adding new textures while at the same time amplifying the sentiment of Arcade Fire’s original. The accompanying music video has dropped, courtesy of High 5 Collective and features a Memento-style narrative of monstrous mistakes made and the inescapable loss of innocence.
