Playing music at work has scores of benefits, from decreasing stress to improving productivity. There is probably not enough research done as to the benefits of turning your office into an actual musical venue, but I have to think it makes for a cool place to work. (We can probably all agree it’s better than whatever the secretary listens to.) U.K. electronic artists Mount Kimbie recently invaded the NPR offices, spilling their headphone-happy beats over piles of papers to a grateful office of listeners.
