DOOM strikes again! Kidding, but this Moonsatellite beat tape certainly sounds like he has. Okay, so Glory Daze really sounds like it should be a stoner flick, instead, it’s seven lo-fi, MF DOOM-esque, outer spacey hip-hop beats. If I could add more adjectives, I would, because this tape is nice. He remixes Portishead’s Dummy and turns it inside out to expose its jazzy beating heart. It only runs for about thirteen minutes and it has me itching for more. So, check this out if you’ve got the time to spare, some smoke-ables and headphones.
