Along with guys like Madlib, Lil B, and Lil Wayne, Moka Only has to be one of the most prolific hip-hop artists we have ever seen…err, heard, rather. The dude seems to drop off a new album every other month and many times it’s under an alias, such as Ron Contour, which means he’s employing a different style. For the purpose of his latest project, the soon-coming Airplanes 5, Moka’s just being Moka (no Manny Ramirez). The album’s lead single, “Grab Grab Grab”, is that trademark jazzy boom-bap we have come to expect from the Canada native, who somehow continues to impress even with his extended catalog.

I love this dude’s music…but I can’t keep up. I need to go back and find his stuff. He just does this stuff effortlessly. A lot of it sounds the same but it works.
