Vallejo, Calif.-bred Moe Green is one of those rappers who won’t wow you with some kind of intense delivery or intricate rhyme scheme. But he’ll ultimately pull you in with an air of honesty and everyman-struggle that makes his music so endearing for those of us trying to “KIM”, aka keep it moving. Here, we have the video for that particular highlight off his Rocky Maivia: Non Title Match album, which he put online for the low-low price of free.99. The visuals aren’t some kind of high-tech, special effects-ridden extravaganza, but rather a shot of his day-to-day life in his neighborhood. It’s endearing, it’s direct, and it’s, above all, pulled off flawlessly.
