Vallejo, Calif.-based rapper Moe Green began making waves last year with the release of his free album, Rocky Maivia: Non-Title Match. It showcased an interesting blend over everyman, blue collar raps blended with electronic-influenced production. Together, those two qualities made for a smooth, laid-back listen that is on full display with his latest single, “Cruise Control”. The visuals for the track suit the mood perfectly, as Green drives around and chills in front of his Toyota while spitting his bars. It’s nothing flashy, but it certainly works.
