It would appear that the folks at One-Handed Music slipped a new Mo Kolours track past me last month when they sent out the singer-producer’s new single, “Biddies“. And the song in question, “Bakiraq”, again boasts Kolours dabbling in left-field tribal sounds and vocals. But whereas “Biddies” had a more straightforward, somewhat soothing vibe, what you hear on “Bakiraq” is a burning piece of dub-leaning psychedelia. I think I caught a contact high listening to this track. Man, I can’t wait to hear what this dude has in store for us next.
