I’m not really sure where or when Mndsgn exists. The enigmatic producer says he hails from “third rok” on his Facebook, which is obviously a reference to the Earth. But, like, where? And how? If anything, I’d say he lives on some other spiritual plane with his crates of records and samplers, chopping together tracks and mumbling monotone vocals atop them.
At least, I’ve started feeling that way after listening to his new single, “Travvlin”, which will reside on his forthcoming Feels album. That LP drops Oct. 22. You can stream/download “Travvlin” below.
