You can think I’m crazy all you want, but I am steadfast in my feeling that Miguel’s “Adorn” is the best R&B single of the year so far. Dude’s vocals cannot be touched and the way this track builds, bubbles, and bursts is just perfect. And today, we’re seeing it’s video, which embraces his whole Art Dealer Chic steez while weaving some kind of story I can’t seem to follow. Is dude getting married here? Or is he contemplating it and just letting his girl know he loves her? Either way, it works, and the colors are killer. [via]

Late pass but those Art Dealer Chic EP’s by Miguel are fantastic. “Adorn” is the jam and the melody on the song is reminiscent of Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing”. Great song and a definite contender for song of the year.
