MeLo-X – “More Merch”

Once I stopped sleeping on MeLo-X and actually listened to him two months ago, I couldn’t stop playing his 2010 effort, More Merch. It turns out that one of our favorite commentators, afan, was absolutely right: More Merch was one of last year’s best free projects and we, admittedly, should have been up on it. But hey, at least we’re wakin’ up now. And the multi-talented Brooklyn native has just dropped off these visuals for the EP’s title track, which feature his recent tour stop in Paris. With the city behind him, he bounces from one street to the next and even lands at the Eiffel Tower, where we see a startlingly strong police presence. Anyone want to let us know what that’s all about? Sorry, I’m kind of out of the news loop.

Stream the track below and hit the skip for the video.
