On the heels of the release of his sophomore LP How Do You Do, Potholes favorite Mayer Hawthorne has taken to late night television to promote. His latest stop was last night’s The Late Show with David Letterman to perform album standout, “The Walk”. Mayer and the band command the audience like they have been doing this for ages, and in retro red suits and sweaters no less. With that said, I can’t wait to check out Mayer live when he stops at Terminal 5 next week in NYC to open for Chromeo (I am definitely bouncing after Hawthorne’s set).
