At this point in time flipping a dated R&B sample into a post-whatever-it’s-called concoction isn’t exactly new territory. That being said, Lapalux has managed to twist Mario’s “Let Me Love You” into something so fresh it could have surfaced two years ago and still made a waves. Maybe I just have a soft spot for twisted vocals like this, or it could be that Lapalux has conjured up the perfect recipe to make a great remix. It’s probably a little bit of both.
