Man Mantis – “Everything Is Fine”

Man Mantis, of World Around Records, is prepping the releasing of his latest project, the fully instrumental Cities Without Houses, and he’s looking to promote the record with some slick visuals. Typically, we find that the cats of World Around catch our ear before our eye, but here, it’s the other way around. That’s not to say “Everything is Fine” isn’t a solid track — it definitely is. But Man Mantis and his team has gone above and beyond with this trippy-as-hell video. I’m digging the integration of old movie clips that work to tell whatever the hell is going on here. Yeah, I’m going to need to watch this one a few times.
