Since releasing the damn-good King Choosey last August, West Coast rapper-producer Makeshift has been working on both pushing that project and bringing a new effort to the masses. And on March 30, he’ll drop the On Purpose mixtape, which is sounding promising judging by lead single “Nothin’ Light”. Hip-hop heads will no doubt recognize the beat and everyone else should just be diggin’ dude’s rhymes. It doesn’t hurt that the video is pretty fly, too. Peep that below.
