September is shaping up to be a big month for Machinedrum. At the end of September he will see the release of his latest full-length Vapor City on Ninja Tune. To support the record, he will also be holding down three Boiler Room DJ sets in London, Berlin and New York. On top of all that, he will be rounding out the festivities with what is sounding like a pretty epic set over at Decibel Festival in Seattle.
How about we talk about this new album, though. Already unleashing “Eyesdontlike“, Machinedrum follows things up with an explosive single “Gunshotta”. Built on industrial bass and loads of footwork-worthy percussion, Machinedrum lathers this beat with a healthy dose of drowning vocal samples.
