For me, Ludacris has been a guilty listening pleasure for years. Even when I genuinely liked his music, I still couldn’t take dude seriously enough to considering him a favorite or anything like that. He’s an entertainer—and a talented one at that—and can make sexual absurdity listenable. Like on 2004 single “Splash Waterfalls”, which Los Angeles producer Silky Johnson has turned into a pseudo-noise banger. His vision is one of harsh sounds, partially chopped vocals, and altogether madness. Check it out below. It’s off Silky’s upcoming Debauched Legend mixtape.
