I have expressed my frustrations with Madlib‘s Medicine Show series, but I think I have finally come to grips with the concept. That is because, for the first time in the lengthy series, they have found a format that seems to make perfect sense. That is, an actual radio show, featuring incredible tunes mixed by incredible DJs. As is the case with the first show, which is mixed by the esteemed Stones Throw artist and Beat Junkies DJ, J.Rocc.

The vintage mix kicks off an exciting tour that Madlib, J.Rocc and Freddie Gibbs begin this month in Europe, and conclude in Australia.
