A few months ago the Avalanches dropped a slick mixtape called Sleepy Bedtime Mix For Young Ones that I still happen to spin on a regular basis. Today, under the name Cool Gaze, the group of esteemed DJs and producers release Cool Gays, yet another fantastic mix of tunes. The only difference here, though, is that the final track on the mix is apparently a new tune from the group that may more may not land on a forthcoming project. As usual, this is well worth listening to in full, but feel free to zoom to the end to hear that track we are talking about. Let’s just hope this means we are close to hearing the highly anticipated sophomore effort from the Avalanches.
