Job Jetson, a Milwaukee emcee, has only two singles out, but is already started to make a solid name for himself. A friend of mine recently put me onto his music, and described his sound as a Drake and Kirko Bangz lovechild, so naturally my interest was piqued. Well, after listening to his latest track “Voodoo” over a glass of Maker’s 47, I’m definitely a fan.
He’s taken the signature Houston sound and reinterpreted it with his own creative twist, and the end product is a spacey, atmospheric cut that solidifies Job as one of the better emcees coming up today in my mind. I really dig this kid’s flavor, and I think you will too.
Listen to “Voodoo” below & enjoy.
