Before he drops the Kauliflowr full-length on Oct. 14, Knxwledge has released a three-track collaborative EP featuring some of his favorite rappers. In addition to Quelle Chris and Declaime, Rap Jointz Vol. 1 contains a beyond-blunted guest appearance by Blu. In fact, their track together, “Nothesame”, basically sounds like you’re drifting through dense clouds of marijuana smoke set to a looping instrumental. This aesthetic isn’t new territory for Blu, who dropped a gang of lo-fi, weeded-as-hell Bandcamp-only projects a few years ago.
