The final first-week numbers for Kid Cudi’s supremely disappointing new album, Indicud, are in and it’s looking pretty good for the Cleveland native. Despite leaks and weak reviews, the record still shipped 136,000 units and almost sold enough to top the Billboard. That spot went to Fall Out Boy and, um, LOL. But I digress. For those wondering, Cudi’s previous albums, the two Man On The Moon projects, sold 104,000 and 169,000 copies in their first weeks. As for his WZRD album, it moved 66,000 units at the jump. [via]

Yeah, I don’t get this guy’s appeal at all. If I had to summarize Kid Cudi’s artistic output in one word, it would be ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
