Quite the dope lineup here, even if the track is just from the vaults and not “new,” per se. Kadence, known for his work with Dabrye and the SomeOthaShip crew, linked up with his rapping pal, SelfSays, to spit some knowledge over a slick production from Samiyam. And, as expected, the results are pretty great. I especially dig how Kadence and Self go back and forth over the beat like some ol’ school, tag team wrestling shit. Hopefully this isn’t the last time we hear these two MCs together. Oh, and be on the lookout for new material from SelfSays this year!
