Justice – “Civilization”

There are certainly a number of critics arguing against the work of French electronic duo, Justice, but I beg to differ. Their debut LP, †, was damn near incredible, and so is their latest single, “Civilization”. Accompanying Adidas’ latest advertising campaign, the song is featured in a 2-minute video showcasing a number of big-time athletes and fantastic sports clips. While the commercial is pretty cool (directed by Romain Gavras), “Civilization” does more than just get me hyped for Adidas products. It has me ecstatic for Justice’s upcoming sophomore LP, which will apparently be available April 4 via Ed Banger/Because.
