As we previously reported, the rapper-producer and the label received a C&D from Philip Morris over the first Cassette … so Jonwayne just went and made another one with some equally, erm, familiar artwork and new music. That’s where the Zeroh-assisted “Cool Runnings” stems from. Backed by steady piano chords, low lying bass and minimalist drums, Jon and Zeroh prove why they’re two of the best rappers the West Coast has to offer.
