Jónsi – “Animal Arithmetic”

Oh, hey, just because Dave happens to be sans-Internet right now doesn’t mean you won’t get a dose of indie shit every now and then. And here I bring you the visuals for Jonsi’s “Animal Arithmetic”, one of the standouts from his solo debut, Go. The track isn’t especially lyrically stimulating, but it’s melodically engrossing enough that the emotion in his voice says more than his words ever could. Think of it like this — did we have to understand his band Sigur Ros’ language to appreciate their music? No, we didn’t and they make some of the most emotionally moving music I’ve ever heard.
