Johnson&Jonson – “Oh, Ox”

Not long ago we heard that Johnson&Jonson (Blu & Mainframe) were possibly working on a follow up to their 2008 self-titled debut. Reports now tell us it will be called Danny Johnson and it will feature some unreleased jams as well as new exclusives. Here is a track that didn’t make the cut, but was apparently recorded back then. I actually have no idea why this wouldn’t make the album, though, Blu’s cadence is absolutely absurd. As is the case with much of his recording three or four years ago. I am sorry, but hearing this makes me crave more of that untapped potential Blu showed off way back when. I know he still has it in him, let’s just hope things are falling back into place for the left coast MC.  [via]
