If you’ve been on the search for something grimy listen to lately, JOHN DOPE is the guy for you. JOHN is the owner of some of the roughest bars I’ve heard in a minute. He likes to keep everything gritty — the rhymes he spits, the selection of beats, his subject matter (the boasting of shooting glocks, girls, skateboarding, weed and money, you know … the works). The latest song he shared, the Paul Hares-produced “Bombin'”, is what I consider a proper introduction to the world of the no nonsense-taking Tampa-based rapper/producer.
