Far from perfect and having much room for improvement, rising hip-hop artist Jimmy B channels the energies and cadences of greats from rap’s past in his newest set of visuals for “One Whiskey”. Basking in black and white, the video’s simple approach places all eyes on B himself. Save for a questionable hook, however, the rapper prevails, offering autobiographical recollections and outlooks over a nostalgic, melancholic sonic landscape.
