When it comes to remixes, there are a few producers I’m looking to these days. Among those is Kaytranada, the Montreal native who releases nothing but that straight-up dope sh*t with his remixes. Case in point: this bouncing, celebratory take on Jill Scott’s “Golden”. Kay embraces the “living my life like it’s golden” portion of the track for his rework, which sounds like it was recorded live at a party in the ’80s … in the best way possible.
