Look, I know I promised earlier this week that we wouldn’t be posting anything else from SXSW. But I couldn’t help making an exception here when I saw that one of my favorite artists, Jessica Lea Mayfield, had one of her in-studio sessions recorded and uploaded online. While we can only stream her six-song performance, it should still give you an idea of just how great she is in concert. As you will hear, her personal, engrossing lyricism and super-mature songwriting become that much more engrossing in a live setting.
