James Blake – “Voyeur” (Dub)

This crazy-as-hell morning continues with the release of a brand-new James Blake track, “Voyeur”. This is actually the dub version of the cut that will appear on his new LP, Overgrown, which drops April 8. It’s also a rip from BBC Radio 1, but that’s OK because the tags are extremely minimal and not that invasive. As for “Voyeur” itself, it starts out like a more typical Blake cut with its emotive vocal loops and synthesizers. But then, everything goes into overdrive as layers upon layers build and build until, well, I won’t spoil anything else. Listen below.
