“In God’s Image” serves as the title track and introduction to Chicago rapper Jahzel’s upcoming album. And for those unfamiliar with his work, it’s one hell of a way to become acquainted with his sound. Backed by brassy, piano-laden production, Jahzel delivers some thoughtful bars complemented by equally sharp visuals. It’s an extremely well produced affair and, thankfully, the message and music itself are strong enough to carry the load.
